I am looking for those who like to be able to work from home or on the go. You make your own schedule. You must love wickless fragrance and decor or at least know people who do. I am an Independent Lead Consultant with Scentsy, INC. I'm looking to grow my team along with helping others learn and grow and have the financial freedom we all strive to have.We are mainly known for our wax and warmers. However, we are so much more than that. We also have diffusers & oils, on-the-go products, a Kid's line, a cleaning line, a laundry line, a body line, and sometimes there are sneak-ins of pet products!! (This goes to say that our products are SAFE for children of all ages, and pets, and can be used around the elderly, as well.)With Generosity, Authenticity, and Simplicity being our 3 core values, it's safe to say that we use the golden rule of paying it forward.We always have a Charitable Cause Warmer in which a certain percentage of sales goes towards helping out all over the world. Scentsy is not just known in the United States; as there are Consultants all around the world!You can decide whether to run a website or not, as we also have marketing materials that you can pass out as well that can be found on your workstation. (If you opt out of running a website, your customers won't be able to see the Clearance and Limited-Time Offer items that we have.) There is a follow-along checklist and I am here to help answer any questions that you may have as you learn the ins and outs.Your workstation is always free and your website is free for the first 3 months, then it is a $15 charge every month to keep it up and running.We all start at the bottom of being an Escential Consultant and once you hit your first $1,000 in sales, you become a certified consultant for life! Being that you can run your business from anywhere, you can run it from your website, you can host online parties, have in-home parties, attend vendor events, and be a part of them. You can also run fundraisers with our products.It is NOT mandatory to carry stock (there's a lesson about more in-depth information about this in the workstation), but it's good to have for in-person events.ResponsibilitiesThere are no requirements for job description specialties that you need, to be part of our Scentsy family, but the positive side of things is that you get to meet new people and find yourself having a lot in common with other people.**Results may not be typical.
