Banner Self-Service, formally the Vanguard Portal, is a helpful tool to help student register for classes, add or drop classes, view and print class schedules, review their transcript, check placement test scores, view holds on their account, and check for Financial Aid eligibility. Here's some important information to help you navigation Banner Self Service.

  1. Set up yourmy.asub.eduaccount!
  2. Banner Self-Service is accessible from themy.asub.eduhub. Once you log intomy.asub.edu, select the "Banner Self-Service tile.

Students are now able to see their student account information in Banner Self-Service and can make credit/debit card or electronic payments online.

Students can also set up a payment plan through Banner Self-Service.

Payment plans require a $30 enrollment fee and choice of four or five payment plan options.

Cash, checks and major credit cards are accepted at cashier windows on the Beebe, Searcy, and Heber Springs campuses. Contact the Business Office at 501.882.8825 orcashier@asub.eduif you have additional questions.
