* Beginning in Fall 2024, students entering the University of New Mexico in the Freshman Direct Entry Pre-Licensure BSN program will receive a tuition discount of $5,000 that will be applied towards their freshman year tuition and will be evenly distributed between the fall and spring semesters.

Sophom*ore/Traditional Entry Pre-Licensure BSN students take three semesters of pre-requisite coursework (48 credit hours) at the standard University rate. Once admitted to the College of Nursing, students complete five consecutive terms of coursework (74 credit hours) at the Nursing tuition rate (including tuition differential).

Student Financial Responsibility

By enrolling in courses at the University of New Mexico, students make a financial commitment to pay the tuition and fee charges associated with their enrollment. Billing information will be communicated to students through their university email account. If balances are not paid by the due date, students will incur service charges on past-due balances and a hold may be placed on their account.
